Cadaqués, the white village past the Cap de Creus headland

A compact Cadaqués food note for the whitewashed Costa Brava village near Dalí's Portlligat house.

Cadaqués is the whitewashed village on the far side of the Cap de Creus headland, near the easternmost point of mainland Spain. The road in is slow and winding, which is part of the filter. Salvador Dalí's house is in the next cove at Portlligat, and the village deserves a meal instead of a quick photo stop.

Where to eat

Cadaq's is the restaurant note on this list. Use the meal as the anchor for a slow afternoon: water, white streets, a Portlligat walk if you are seeing the Dalí house, and dinner before dealing with the road back out.
