Wouldn’t stay again

Very "meh" property in my experience. On a 4 night stay with 4 "restaurant credits", only 1 night is available for a "fancy restaurant" reservation when I checked in (at 6pm... yay, Italian... the lowest level of all "nice food at a resort"). Kinda sucks at what they charge but... you’ll still wait 20-30 min in line to get seated for dinner? Want an alternate! Guess again because there’s no room service.

That's cool, it's a "24 hour" property with "round the clock room service" so I can just order whatever whenever for my jet-lagged ass; The only caveat is they don't answer the phones before ~7/8am... so if you're an early riser (or jetlag challenged like me at 5am) you simply have to wait until the breakfast is open anyway. I know it's island time, but again at $300/ night for 1 person... the experience is simply lackluster even with Globalist status (as it's a Hyatt associated property).

Also, the hostess working at the lunch seriously sucks if you're a single patron. I've asked a couple times to have a seat on the water - "no... tables dirty" not going to get into the politics, but yea... thumbs down from this dude who is at Hyatt properties for over 100 nights a year.
