Mike's review
Bridge of Peace is modern Tbilisi doing the thing where old and new sit in the same frame. It connects Rike Park and the old-town side, and it is most useful as a walking connector before or after the cable car.
I liked it more as part of the river route than as a standalone architecture pilgrimage.
