I’m honestly unsure how this place is rated 4.9 stars, I can’t understand how anyone would find fault with anything. Before I even start with how good the food is, I’ll note the ambiance and decor are on point. Open kitchen concept means you can watch the chefs work their magic. The food is amazing, beyond the ceviches which were amazing, the appetizers were great. I tried the ceviche tipico, pulpo asado, and tequeños de lomo. The ceviche had great texture and was super fresh. The pulpo cooked just right, ie not rubbery or tough. The tequeños were a wild card, but the sweet sauce paired w a crunchy texture and salty filling absolute perfection. If you miss this place in Cartagena you are missing out on life.
