About
The Church of the Holy Saviour faces Charles Bridge from the Klementinum complex. Jesuits began the church in 1578, and a sequence of seventeenth- and early eighteenth-century additions produced the columned Baroque facade seen from Krizovnicke Square. It remains the church of Prague's Roman Catholic Academic Parish and also hosts organ concerts. Casual sightseeing is limited. The church opens about 30 minutes before services, and individual visits need to be arranged.
