Close to the city centre so there are some characters outside at night. Could use an update, the carpet is tired, and the whole property is dusty.
I guess the worst part that the cleaning guy decided to clean my room while I was showering (you could tell I was in there, I sing), then they decided to come in while I was hurriedly changing. I got 10k IHG points when I told the front desk this was inappropriate, but checked out same day and had to eat the costs.
I complained to corporate who is “investigating” and gave me some more points but cannot do more.
