Wouldn’t stay again

Sullen staff, lousy food, no possibility to get a res at any of the restaurants all week because the app is glitchy, 2+ hrs waiting for room service (sandwiches) that never came (sandwiches and salad are the only offer), lousy internet, and paper thin walls.

I’m sure this place is magical to many. It simply isn’t my speed. The issues with the food service is just the icing on the cake.
