- On Place des Nations Unies, between central Casablanca and the Old Medina.
Fancy wood paneling, proper five-star white-glove service and a location right in the center of town. The restaurant is very good too. I ended up having lunch there because the weather was miserable and it was raining sideways, and the hotel was a very comfortable place to wait it out.

Hyatt Regency Casablanca is a 255-room and suite hotel on Place des Nations Unies, between central Casablanca and the Old Medina. Rooms look toward the medina, Hassan II Mosque or the city's Art Deco buildings.
