Upgraded suite

InterContinental Nha Trang was a really nice stay, helped by a generous upgrade into one of the massive suites without asking or using any coupon. The room made the hotel feel like part of the trip: big suite space, glassy bathroom, freestanding tub, balcony water views, and the beach right below.

Breakfast was a highlight. The spread was genuinely amazing, with a full hotel-buffet setup rather than a token breakfast: pastries, breads, waffles, fruit, hot stations, and live-cooking areas. The hotel also has a private beach area right across the street, which makes slow beach time extremely easy.

Nha Trang itself felt more laid back than attraction-dense. You come for the beach rhythm, the sea views, and maybe a VinWonders Nha Trang day, then let the rest of the trip move at a slower pace. This is a strong pick if you want a polished beachfront IHG base rather than trying to pack every hour with sightseeing.
