Mike's review
Metekhi Church is a great cliff-edge old Tbilisi stop. The church, statue, river bend, and view back toward the old town all work together.
I liked it as a visual counterpoint to Narikala: same city, opposite side of the Mtkvari, with the church sitting above the traffic and water.
