It’s a very meh lounge. The internet is garbage. If you have free access there’s nothing to complain about. If you’re paying the day rate, it’s not great.
Drinks are always warm, and almost no ice available. Sometimes things run out as well. It’s not a bad place, just not good for a flagship airport lounge.
Edit, I had to cut another star. The internet will drop you every ~5 minutes which is unfortunate if you have emails and such to send. Don’t count on taking a call during a layover on a business trip.

Avianca lounge at Bogotá El Dorado. Fine when access is included, but not a lounge I would pay a day rate for.
