The Galveston Historic Seaport is open Tuesday-Sunday 10:00-17:30 with last admission at 16:30. The official page also notes that after February 21 the ELISSA itself would head to shipyard and not be available to the public until a reopening date is confirmed, while Ship To Shore remains open.
