Riding the line
Use the CCR or Motiva fare media accepted at the gates. Integrated bus products can be useful, but conditions depend on the card and transfer window.
Current rolling stock and ride conditions: Modern electric trains run on elevated and surface alignments with air-conditioning.
Acesso Norte is marked as an interchange in the network data. Acesso Norte is the transfer between Lines 1 and 2. Aeroporto station connects to the terminal by shuttle rather than sitting inside the airport building.
Accessibility: Stations have lifts, escalators, and level boarding. The airport shuttle and final street connection still need to be included in an accessible plan.
The metro map can make the historic center look closer than it is. Lapa is the central railhead, not a Pelourinho station.
