Benihana multi plaza is just an example of a bad restaurant. The sushi rice is cooked without any seasoning so was beyond bland. The fish was cut in a weird way making it hard to eat, and did not seem the freshest. Sushi on top of iceberg lettuce with lime? Just odd. I never got the soup or salad that was supposed to be included in my meal. Overall just a bad experience.
