Mike's review
Daphne Viewpoint is a neighborhood overlook in Dafni, south of the Acropolis tourist core. I would treat it as a photo stop rather than a monument. The value is the angle: Athens spreads north toward the Acropolis and Lycabettus instead of being seen from one of the usual central hills.
Because it is outside the main sightseeing route, check the exact map pin and go with normal city awareness. It makes sense if you are already nearby or specifically want skyline photos, rather than as a replacement for Philopappos Hill or Lycabettus.
