Estación Wánchaq, Cusco

Estación Wánchaq is the Cusco terminal for PeruRail Titicaca to Puno and the railway boarding point for the Andean Explorer. It also handles many PeruRail bimodal trips to Machu Picchu, but the first leg of those trips is a bus to the Sacred Valley rather than a train from this platform.

Andean Explorer passengers may check in at the Belmond Monasterio before a private road transfer to Wánchaq. PeruRail Titicaca passengers board at the station itself. Those are different products, so use the instructions attached to the reservation rather than assuming every PeruRail departure follows the same process.
