This Grand Hyatt is an amazing contemporary property that I would definitely stay at again. I’ll start with the pros: the rooms are modern, well laid out, filled with light, and have spacious balconies. The toiletries are also a notch above the small average soaps you’ll get in most hotels.
If you’re a beachgoer who just wants to relax, this is the property for you. Located right across the street from beautiful white sand beaches you can simply wake up and enjoy the sun lounging all day then retire for room service or sushi at the in hotel restaurant which received a Michelin Star.
The complaints I have were very not picky: the buttons to call a waiter around the pool do not work, expect to flag a staff member down. Pool food is also ok, not great like the prices imply. The club lounge is crowded and the children can be noisy/ running around. All in all minor annoyances that did not detract from my 2+ week stay.
