- Well placed for getting around without much friction, especially if you are relying on transit.
This is a hotel I’d really like to like. The guys working at the bar are especially nice and the downstairs area with games is 🔥.
“Dedicated workspace” means the tv stand doubles as the desk. The side table is a stool from a kindergarten so if you’re using the desk you have to take all your stuff off the “side table”. This alone knocks a property off my list. Particularly when the images of the room I booked on the app show a real chair.
Air Conditioning does not work. If you plan to stay in the summer you’ll sweat. If you open the windows you get to listen to the kids outside and their shenanigans.
Positive point, this place is like 50-60€/ night. For what I spent, I can’t really complain all that much.

A cheap Dusseldorf main-station hotel with a fun downstairs area and friendly bar staff, but the room setup, air conditioning, and workspace were not great for actually working.
