The Indigo is one of the less expensive properties in Brickell. You'll pay roughly 30% less to stay here all for the price of walking a single extra block or two to get to your hotel. Overall the hotel has large rooms, is tastefully furnished, and the staff are excellent.
The downside is that there are some resident homeless people on that walk back. I never had any issues, but it may deter some people.
