I have used Hyatt Place Bogotá / Convention Center repeatedly because the value can be unusually strong. My reservation history has Hyatt Place Bogotá cash records from 2022 and 2025 at US$85.56, US$76.36, US$70.50, US$67.32, and US$69.30 per night before tax. The 2026 records show standard-room free-night award bookings instead of cash rates. If the hotel is pricing as a Category 1 Hyatt, the current World of Hyatt chart can put standard rooms as low as 3,000 points on the lowest award nights. The hotel itself is a practical Hyatt Place: normal rooms, free breakfast, Wi-Fi, work space, and easy access to Corferias, Ágora Bogotá, and the U.S. Embassy. The location is the compromise. Quinta Paredes is useful for work, events, and airport-side logistics, but for a first leisure trip I would still compare Parque 93, Zona T, and Chapinero.

Hyatt Place in Quinta Paredes / Corferias, near Ágora, Corferias, and the U.S. Embassy. I have used it repeatedly because the cash and World of Hyatt award value can be unusually strong for Bogotá, especially when it prices as a Category 1 standard-room award.
