This is hands down the best sushi I’ve eaten in Panama, and overall is up there in terms of some of the better sushi Ive had in the world. It was not a “top 10” plate in my lifetime, but the 12 pc sushi sampler got pretty close. For the price, the service could definitely be better. You really do have to hound the staff to take your order. Maybe I just went on an off day. Overall, I’ll probably give it another try one day.
