About
The Jewish Town Hall has served Prague's Jewish community since the late sixteenth century and remains the community's administrative seat, so it is not a regular museum interior. The exterior carries two clocks. The upper clock uses Roman numerals. The lower clock, added in the eighteenth century, uses Hebrew letters and turns counterclockwise, following the right-to-left direction of Hebrew. It is an exterior stop on the walk between the Old-New Synagogue and Maiselova Street.
