Top notch, seriously you can’t go wrong here (unless you’re on a serious budget). I can’t say Kaskabel is cheap, but the food quality and value rivals any seafood place in the states. Amazing beef cuts, but ordering a whole fish is where it’s at.
The waiters are amazing (shoutout to Berzain)! No English, no problem. Hip tunes in the evenings on the weekend (live DJ) but I’m probably too lame to make these claims myself. My friends however agree so I’m confident in my assessment.
