The Tlatelolco site page lists the archaeological zone open Monday to Sunday from 08:00 to 17:00, with the interpretation center included on the same schedule. Guided tours in Spanish are offered Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 13:00. The broader INAH directory also shows a 09:00-17:00 schedule, so I am keeping this one conservative.
