April 2025 edit. This used to be one of my favorite places, unfortunately it’s fallen off. Undercooked chicken (blood on the plate) today and they forgot one of the plates I ordered and paid for. Review from 2023 - The food at Standard is always amazing! Regular plates can be on the small side and slightly expensive for cordoba but the flavors are amazing. At lunch they offer a set menu of 2/3 courses which is a nice deal and filling. Dinner option plates are slightly larger.
