The Roca Alejandro Korn to Chascomús branch connects the end of the electric suburban line with Domselaar, Coronel Brandsen, Jeppener, Altamirano, Gándara, and Chascomús. Change at Alejandro Korn for trains to or from Plaza Constitución.

The railway opened to Chascomús in 1865 as the first main route of the Buenos Aires Great Southern Railway. It later became part of the Roca system after nationalization in 1948. The current stopping service keeps the historic corridor useful for towns between the suburban network and Chascomús.

Use SUBE for the fare where validators are available and plan around the published diesel timetable. Departures are limited, and not every electric train from Constitución provides a practical connection at Alejandro Korn. Check service notices on the day of travel.

Diesel rolling stock operates beyond Alejandro Korn, replacing the air-conditioned electric fleet used closer to Buenos Aires. Seating and onboard facilities are simpler, while rural platforms and wheelchair access vary. Ask Trenes Argentinos about boarding assistance before the trip when necessary.
