The Roca Constitución to Alejandro Korn branch connects Plaza Constitución with Lanús, Lomas de Zamora, Temperley, Adrogué, Burzaco, Glew, Guernica, and Alejandro Korn. Change at Alejandro Korn for the limited regional train to Chascomús.

This is part of the original southbound corridor opened by the Buenos Aires Great Southern Railway in the nineteenth century. The railway took the Roca name after nationalization in 1948. Modern electrification later replaced locomotive-hauled suburban trains on the inner route.

Use SUBE for the fare and check the departure board at Constitución because several Roca branches share the same terminal and inner tracks. The train is busy through the southern suburbs, especially during the workday commute. Temperley is an important interchange within the network.

Air-conditioned electric trains provide the regular service to Alejandro Korn. Rebuilt high platforms make boarding more direct at many stations, but wheelchair access and elevators are not identical across the branch. The onward Chascomús train uses separate diesel rolling stock and a much thinner timetable.
