Rome Metro B

Line B is the Colosseum and Monti side of the metro, from Rebibbia in the northeast down through Termini, Cavour for Monti, Colosseo, and Circo Massimo, then south to EUR. It meets Line A at Termini and Line C at Colosseo.

Ride it to skip a long hot walk when the day is built around ancient Rome. Get off at Colosseo for your timed Colosseum entry, then cover the Forum, Palatine, and Monti on foot. The southern half runs out to EUR, the planned district Mussolini started in the late 1930s, which reads as a different Rome from the old center and is easy to reach if that draws you.
