Mike's review
This is the “smaller” Buenos Aires airport, but it can feel much more hectic than Ezeiza. I use it for most domestic legs and regional hops such as Rio. The convenience is the whole appeal: on a clean run it is about 15 minutes from Palermo, so arriving here gets you into the city without the long Ezeiza transfer.
From the source
Aeroparque Jorge Newbery is Buenos Aires’s close-in airport, sitting on the Río de la Plata at the edge of Palermo. It handles most domestic flying plus regional routes to nearby South American cities, while most long-haul international flights use Ezeiza.
