Visited 2025Even if you try to speak Serbian you’ll get the RBF attitude from the staff. It’s old, tiny, and tired. The highlights include a friendly stray dog (I gave a star for the dog), they make up for the staff attitude.

Bar Railway Station is the southern end of Montenegro's main north-south passenger line. Local trains reach Podgorica in about an hour, then continue toward Bijelo Polje. International trains also use the route toward Serbia, although schedules vary by season. The building is small and functional, with a ticket office and basic platform access rather than a large concourse. Railway Transport of Montenegro publishes current times and fares on its official timetable. The station is outside Bar's waterfront center, so local transfers take additional time.
