Bros. Comedor is my favorite restaurant in Córdoba, a second-floor room in the center. The cooking is modern fusion and consistently inventive, served family style as small plates. That sharing format is the reason I keep going back, because everyone at the table gets to try a bit of everything. The menu changes with the seasons, and I'm in Córdoba about once a quarter, so there's always something new on it.
You'll want a reservation at the busier times. For a weekday lunch I can usually walk in and get a table.
