Probably my new favorite hotel in central London for business trips. Super convenient location, staff are awesome, and it’s a CitizenM so the room is thoughtfully arranged.
Probably not a great spot for more than 1 person though, it’s tight and the bathroom has (frosted) glass all over which is a big no for me travelling with someone else.
The sleeper perk is the view: some rooms really do look straight across at the Tower of London. It feels more special than the usual “landmark view” claim, where the thing is huge and half the city can see it. Here it is close, framed by the room, and the nearby hotels with comparable views can get expensive fast. Worth asking for a Tower-facing room if that matters to you.

CitizenM hotel by Tower Hill and Trinity Square, useful for Tower of London, the City, river walks, and easy Tube access. Book ahead when central London or financial-district demand is high.
