Visited 2022Amazing customer service. My suitcase was on its last legs. Try as I might to get another trip out if it, it was time. I went in early on a Sunday morning to see what they had. While they did not have what I was originally looking for in stock, Olivia spent the time to pull all of their suitcases out, explain pros and cons of each brand then followed up with me later that day regarding what they had readily available. Delivery was quick and straight to the hotel I was staying at so I didn't have to lug my purchase around town on a Sunday funday.
