The Memorium is inside the actual Palace of Justice. Courtroom 600 hosted the Major War Criminals Trial from November 1945 to October 1946, followed by the subsequent trials from 1946 to 1949.
The building keeps the history procedural: courtroom, corridors, evidence, testimony, judgment. That is why I would give it time. The trials stay attached to a working courthouse and to the creation of modern international criminal law.
