Mtatsminda is the hilltop reset above Tbilisi. The funicular ride makes it feel like part of the city, but once you are up there the mood changes: views, rides, food stalls, and a little old amusement-park energy.
I liked it most as a viewpoint and breather, not as a theme park checklist. It pairs well with the funicular station because the ride is half the memory.
