The trolley photo spot itself is accessible at all hours in the station concourse. The official King’s Cross page says professional photographers are on hand daily between 09:00 and 21:00. The adjacent Harry Potter Shop at King’s Cross is open Monday-Saturday 08:00-22:00 and Sunday/Bank Holidays 09:00-20:00.
