- A convenient base for exploring on foot with easy access to nearby sights, food, or nightlife.
Great location a 2 minute walk from 5th. It's far enough away you won't be bothered by noise. The walls in some units are not the thickest so it's not uncommon to hear neighbors. There are many airbnb units here, some share balconies, others do not.
The biggest downside right now is the rooftop pool being closed (November 2023).

A Playa del Carmen condo stay in a great location a short walk from 5th, quiet enough despite the proximity, though thin walls and rooftop-pool closure were drawbacks.
