Many of the steakhouses in Montevideo are jam packed on Saturdays and Sundays. This is not the case for Uruguay National Parilla Gourmet. They have an adequate number of servers as well meaning that you won't have to wait 20 minutes for the check. Overall the food is good and the restaurant is a nice family atmosphere for a meal.
