The Sáenz Peña–Chorotis train serves Napenay, Avia Terai, Campo Largo, Las Breñas, Charata, General Pinedo, and smaller stops across western Chaco. The complete run takes about five hours and 40 minutes.

The route follows the meter-gauge state railway that drove settlement and cotton production across western Chaco. Sáenz Peña's first station opened in 1915. The current station opened in 1939 with a long platform and a larger passenger building, and it is now protected as a National Historic Monument.

The current schedule has one train each way every day. SUBE works aboard the train, and paper tickets are sold at Sáenz Peña or by the onboard staff. A contactless bank card is not listed as an alternative. One missed departure means waiting until the next day.

Current rolling stock consists of diesel railcars with basic seating. Food, indoor waiting space, and staffed ticket help should not be assumed at the smaller stations.

The operator does not publish a complete accessibility inventory for the line. Platforms and shelter vary, so boarding assistance should be arranged before travel when a step or platform gap is a problem.
