The Rosario–Cañada de Gómez train served Rosario Norte, Antártida Argentina, Funes, Roldán, San Gerónimo, Carcarañá, Correa, and Cañada de Gómez. The last published end-to-end trip took about 2 hours 6 minutes.

This was a restored commuter corridor, not an extension of the Buenos Aires long-distance train. Passenger service had ended in 1977 and reopened in August 2022 after track, crossing, and station work. A locomotive hauled three conventional coaches with seating for 216 passengers.

Service ended again in November 2024 and Trenes Argentinos now labels it canceled. Do not follow the old schedule or assume the booking link on the archived route page means seats are available. There is no current passenger departure to meet.
