Mike's review

Visited 2026

The only one of the three where the brewing itself is on-site and visible. It's behind glass at the back of the room, so you can see how clean and sterile everything is. The outdoor terrace along Ivy Street is small but a nice place to sit. It can get crowded depending on the night.

From the source

In a 1946 warehouse at India and Ivy. Ballast Point opened the first brewery in Little Italy here in 2013. The bow trusses are visible from the bar, the patio is shaded by canvas sails, and the Ben-Hur mural on the Adams-Henry building next door is the neighborhood's reminder of what Little Italy was before the freeway cut through.
