- Well placed for getting around without much friction, especially if you are relying on transit.
Overall, I feel that this property is a three-star hotel cosplaying as a five-star hotel. The good: it is an easy location right by the train station, the rooms are relatively large, the water pressure is high, and the views are nice.
Now the downsides.
The bathroom has no proper dividing wall. The toilet has a glass door that opens directly into the room. Why do hotels do this? My room did not have soap either. That is not what you want when you arrive at 1 a.m. and have to ask reception for the basics.
The service was about the same. Breakfast took more than 30 minutes to arrive, followed by another 40 minutes for coffee. The checkout line took more than 20 minutes in the morning, and room service did not arrive until after dark.

Large hotel beside Vienna Central Station and Belvedere 21, with 303 rooms and skyline views. The open bathroom layout and very slow service make it feel well below its five-star branding.
