Narikala is the old-town ridge stop that makes Tbilisi click spatially. From up here you can see the river, baths district, Metekhi, old town, modern bridge, and the hills all at once.
I liked it as a viewpoint more than a fortress tour: rough walls, uneven paths, wind, and that sense of the city folding around the Mtkvari.
