About
Town Hall Tower is the only major piece left of Kraków's medieval town hall, which was demolished in the 19th century. The tower dates to around 1300 and rises about 70 meters above the square. Reaching the upper rooms means climbing roughly 110 stone steps. there is no easy elevator route. The old treasury room survives at ground level, with former prison spaces below.
