About

Wawel Cathedral is the third cathedral built on this site. Most of the present building is a 14th-century Gothic church, surrounded by later chapels and tied to Polish coronations, royal burials and the shrine of St Stanislaus. A standard visitor ticket covers the cathedral, Sigismund Bell, Royal Tombs and Cathedral Museum. The bell tower and tombs involve tight stairways, so this is only partly accessible.
